Dr. Katie Atkinson

Katie Atkinson, DVM was born and raised in Ray Township, Michigan and is a 2002 graduate of Romeo High School. She then went on to attend Michigan State University (Go Green!) where she majored in Animal Science and obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2010. She has been a part of Imlay City Veterinary Clinic since 2011.

Dr. Katie enjoys practicing general medicine and performing both soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures. She highly values the relationships she builds between a Pet and their Owners and loves the challenge of diagnosing a Pet who can not speak for themselves. She is a member of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Katie lives in Imlay City with her husband and four children. She has a wonderful German Shorthair Pointer named Booker, two cats, three horses, and a small herd of cattle. In her precious but limited free time, she enjoys CrossFit, horseback riding, camping, reading, and cheering on her Michigan State Spartans.
